My husband was diagnosed with spinal stenosis and is also requiring Physical Therapy. We selected Nhome Physiotherapists and Dr. Turner to help him be treated in our home. Dr. Turner has worked with him to prevent the loss of mobility and to help him manage movement dysfunction. I have known Nhome Physiotherapists LLC since June 2020 when my mother fractured her hip at age 93 and had life-threatening complications. It was impossible for her to go to a Physical Therapy studio because of her advanced age nor could she go to a Rehab Center for rehabilitation because the Covid Pandemic had just been declared a few weeks earlier and there were no vaccines at that time.Nhome Physiotherapists was the solution we sought! Dr. Lorenzo Turner, Physical Therapist, came to her home twice a week, evaluated her needs and established a program of exercises customized to her specific needs in a “one on one “ setting, with practice exercises she could do in between their sessions together. She still wanted to be as “normal” as possible, not using a walker nor needing a cane to get around. Through Dr. Turner’s skillful treatment with her, she superseded her goals and regained her health. He literally saved her life by closely managing her program of need and coordinating with her PCP to bring her total health back to a high level of independent living in her own home. Over the years since then, her PCP has recommended that she occasionally continue to have PT as she approaches 97 and still lives independently.
